Manage/ train/ discipline 25 Quality Inspectors. (Including 3 inspectors-1 per shift- onsite at KMMG and 3 inspectors- 1 per shift- onsite at HMMA). Reorganized internal inspection activities using FML check sheets and created visual aid / samples of Not OK – OK parts to reduce negative interactions with Production Team, reduce scrap/ rework costs and provide a Zero Defects mindset.Created Layered Process Audit System, Gauge Calibration System, Lot traceability System for Final Assembly brake and fuel bundles, and revamped the Receiving Inspection System.
