● Create and present Protection doctrinal workshops and presentations. ● Provide Protection training, recommendations, and mentorship during collective training events.● Assume responsibilities for developing, coordinating, and implementing training support packages.● Advise military commanders and staff officers, oversee planning, participation, and integration of protection equities throughout the operations process.● Manage and oversight of mission analysis and course of action development ensuring supporting tasks and systems safeguard critical sites, secure routes, and personnel.

My managerial responsibilities include:supervising a staff of ten personnel at brigade headquarters and twosubordinate battalion Administrative Officers. I conduct missionanalysis, problem solving processes and provide course of actiondevelopment to military leadership respective to Defense Support ofCivil Authorities (DSCA) and Civil Support capabilities. I’m accountablefor the administration of overall training, logistics, propertyaccountability, physical security and personnel section actions.

Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of state and federal mandatory training requirements including but not exclusively: yearly training plans, managing training calendars, organizational restructuring, conducting physical security and antiterrorism / force protection inspections and writing the 263rd AAMDC Force Protection Policy and Procedures Manual. Directly supervised three subordinate brigade and battalion training officers. Oversaw implementation of mission analysis, Army Problem Solving and Course of Action Development to leadership and civilian partners in DSCA and Civil Support operations.

SADOP is an internally manned Active / Mass Shooter contingency program designed to deter a potential attack or disrupt it once executed. It sanctions advanced close quarter tactics learned by the SC Law Enforcement Division to disrupt active shooters and create opportunities for victims to evacuate, take shelter, or receive initial triage, which subsequently saves lives by stabilizing them or rapidly evacuating them to advanced trauma care.

I served as the Future Plans Officer preparing contingency “AllHazards” plans and provided recommendations based on assetcapability analysis to the SC National Guard leadership at the SC JointOperations Center. As the lead plans officer for the Vigilant Guard ’15hurricane validation exercise I was instrumental to the successfulactivation of 3,779 National Guard troops who provided lifesavingsupport to citizens endangered by the severe flooding as a result ofhurricane Joaquin on October 2nd, 2015.

Responsible for supervising the battalion full-time staff and the traditional battalion Operations Section. Coordinated and managed a training deployment of 604 soldiers to Saudi Arabia in 2011.

Responsible for all matters related to core Mission Essential Task - Lists (METL) training and readiness requirements for six units with a manning of over 1,000 troops. In 2010, as the battalion training officer I coordinated and commanded an overseas training mission for 136 soldiers to Japan.

Responsible for training powertrain and engine marriage processes and procedures to production associates.
