The programs were Batch and On-line programs.• Lead a small team responsible for CICS coding for a project to add sub-advisor information to various displays and outputs. • Also responsible for all conversion programs to load new data to DB2 structures• Continued efforts for the DB Enhancement project.• Tasked with providing problem resolution for the users while contracts are being converted to utilize new calculation engine. I monitor the trouble ticket reporting system, do analysis, and provide approach to users. After user agreement, perform all coding, unit testing. Also responsible for coordinating user testing and provide all support for issues found. After user acceptance testing, I am responsible for migrating all changes to production.• Coded new CICS mapping screen to allow dynamic coding for the users to indicate what operational data to upload data to after running a calc with new calculation engine.• Responsible for all coding efforts to pull from new DB2 structures for plans converted to use new structures and allow non-converted cases to still download to use the new calculation engine.• Worked on Defined Benefits (DB) system portion of the investment system. Worked on multi-environment programs.

I did the analysis, created Design documentation, did code review, coordinated testing and implementation of each project. • Performed a code re-write for several CICS COBOL, DB2, VSAM programs that were determined to be costing multi-million dollars of lost revenue per month to Sprint. Responsible for the entire lifecycle of the project from gathering requirements through unit, user and regression testing and migration to production.
