• Implemented a multi-agent digital twin simulation environment for unmanned autonomous vehicles using Python and MATLAB.• Developed a RESTful API in Python to enable secure remote access to the simulations and digital twins, enabling remote telemetry and command & control across all assets.• Design and development of integrated models, digital twins, and diagnostic AI solutions for customer specific applications.

• Developed embedded software in C# and Firmware in C.• Designed and developed a stand-alone Python application for the creation and editing of protocols for sequencing the operations of a complex biotech diagnostic instrument. The protocols included more than 110 operations on nine different subsystems to schedule workflows that operated autonomously and reliably on assays that took longer than 6 hours to complete.• Implemented position and velocity-based motion controllers to control multiple subsystems using PID, MPC, and kv, kp, ki, li.• Authored and performed lifecycle and acceptance testing for all subassemblies of the device, working directly with customer team.• Member of a 20-person multi-disciplinary team using an Agile approach with one-month sprints.
