Barry Schwarz has worked as a trial attorney exclusively in the area of domestic relations/family law for over thirty years and is trained as a trial attorney, a collaborative lawyer, a mediator, and a Guardian Ad Litem. Barry Schwarz provides representation in all areas of the firm’s practice, including divorce and other trial litigation, collaborative processes, mediation, Guardian Ad Litem evaluations, prelitigation planning, premarriage and post-divorce issues, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and all other domestic law concerns. Having lectured at numerous continuing education seminars and other events, Barry Schwarz is often requested to appear as an authority on domestic law matters, including segments on the NBC affiliate WXIA, public broadcasting WPBA, and other television and radio programs. He is an active member of several local and national professional, community and charitable organizations. Mr. Schwarz is married to Francie Schulwolf Schwarz and has two daughters.
