This team is required to oversee the repairs to make sure that the contractor follows DOD standards and guidelines.

Mhe/He O&M Facilities SupervisorPae: Basrah Iraq May 2015 - Oct 2015I was the HE & MHE Construction supervisor for the US consulate General; my duties included scheduling daily work missions And the up keep of the roads and grounds on base, I made and wrote proposales to the Consulate generals office for new construction on the embassy compound, I made work schedules for the subcontractors that did most of the construction, I filed daily and weekly reports on all new construction to the ACOR and emabssaders office, I was in daily coordination with the Facilities manager and the ACOR manager on base for all new construction, I was the SME for all construction on base from start up to finish of the project. I ordered all materials for the projects as well as new equipment I corrdinated all schedules for the new construction with the ACOR and the embassy facilities manager, Attended all construction meeting and reported daily work precentages to the embassy personel. I trained and evaluate and issued driving and operators permits on the base as well as training new personnel on the proper way to operate with safety in mind. I was The SME for all MHE movements on and off base for the US Embassy here in iraq. I have built a new Tennis court and Soccer field, for the CONGEN here in Basrah.
