I’m currently the Head of Soft Services for OCS Ireland. I have worked for OCS since 2004. I consider myself a confident person with strong communication, management and interpersonal skills. I have consistently demonstrated that I can work effectively with all levels of management, customers and colleagues. Currently responsible for managing the Soft services division on the island of Ireland. Focusing on the main areas of business Security, cleaning and catering.Prior to my current role I was a National account manager with OCS. During that time there was double digit growth year on year and the development of new revenue streams on the contract. Previous to my work in operations i was Finance manager with OCS responsible for tender submissions for all divisions to ensure they met the requirements of profitability, suitability, sustainability.Working closely with the various business units to ensure they meet both the deadlines and information requirements of both internal and external customers. I would often meet senior client representatives face to face to give them confidence and assurity in the financial details of the meetings.Assessing risk and opportunities within OCS and providing information to negate any risk or take advantage of any opportunity.
