Cubic Telecom is the leading provider for in car connectivity and counts all the most major car manufacturers as clients. Cubic provides the sims in car, the middleware and in some countries acts as the mobile operator. As Senior Product Owner I manage the backlog for 3 teams, the first is a B2C Portal for users to add data plans to use with their car. The second is an Engineering portal to facilitate testing of sims in cars and support users, the final one is the automation of sim card provisioning. Within this role I am also involved in the creating a new process for planning with our clients and in how we manage the sharing of Knowledge in the Product. I also successfully managed the onboarding of a nearshore scrum team and onboarding them into the company. This was the first step in a relationship with this vendor which has proven successful we will be onboarding additional teams.
