Responsible for the delivery of a national radio system covering voice and data to all English ambulance services. Project had stalled for a number of years for a variety of complex reason but subsequently completed within 18 months to all Trusts.

Appointed Director of IMT for 2 newly formed Trusts - West Midlands and North West Ambulance. Main responsibility at this time was the standardisation of systems and structures following the mergers of a number of smaller Trusts into the new configuration.
