As a project manager at Sales Management, I help several new propositions for internationally active business clients of Rabobank grow. For example, I am working on launching and developing new platforms such as Rabo Easy FX and we.trade. My role in this is to collaborate with other European banks on sales strategy, prepare the products for the Sales teams, to manage progress and to support the sales teams involved in successfully marketing these new propositions

With this role I contributed to bringing the local Rabobank "in control". In particular through studies and interventions in the fields of target setting, key controls and management.As a business controller I am a sparring partner and advisor for the management team. Focus areas include risk, process and action management, strategic planning and project management.With these themes I want to play a distinctive role in the continuous improvement of the management of the bank.

As a teamlead I have gained experience with setting up and professionalizing teams, increasing personal effectiveness, coaching employees during reorganization, competence development and setting up management information systems.In addition to working as a supervisor, I have led various projects such as: bank-wide annual planning process, introduction of renewal of the primary process (Processes & Control), merging teams and organizing feedback sessions.
