CRAWLER is a versatile and compact fitness tool developed and producer for group lessons and home / personal use.

I am head of development and responsible for contact with our suppliers. I am an experienced engineer and technical designer and worked on numerous successful projects in different branches. While following a watchmaking course I came in contact with Holthinrichs Watches and decided to follow my passion and join the Holthinrichs team. I am constantly looking for solutions and opportunities to bring the production of our watches to a higher level. With my creativity and dedication there is not an issue that cannot be solved.

Responsible for the production of the blades and accessories at Viking Schaatsenfabiek BV and part of the R&D team for developing and realization of new speed skating blades and accessories.

Responsible for the implementation and managing of the LEAN production method for the production of the Uitgeest Business Unit of Parker Hannifin. Developing and updating production thru change activities and implementing control methods to analyse the results.

GSFE is a filter manufacturer. We produce filters for a variety of applications such as liquid, gas and air filtration. Within GSFE I am responsible for innovation of products and production methodes. All the products and machines we make/produce are engineered using 3D CAD (Solid Edge). My capabilities are:- 3D CAD engineering- Product development / engineering- Constructing automation systems and machines- Engineering injection moulded parts- Engineering of injection mouldsWe also have our own injection moulding facility and because of my injection moulding experience, the production and engineering of plastic parts is my specialty.

TEE was a company that was specialized in the engineering and developing of alternatives methodes of producing injection moulded plastic parts. Besides engineering the injection moulds, we also had our own toolshop for mould production and our own testing facility for injection moulding.I workd for TEE as manager of the injection moulding facility and I was responsible for the testing of all moulds that we produced and developed.The biggest project that we did was a system called ECIM. With this system we were able to produce parts with extremly thin wall thicknesses.

Apollo Plastic is a injection moulding company. AP produced all kinds of parts in all kinds of materials. I worked for Apollo Plastic as an assistant manager and was responsable for production and logistics.

Maxhill was a company that was specialized in de production of multimedia packaging. We developed and produced a range of new and innovative products, such as DVD and Blu-ray boxes. I worked for Maxhill as production manager and also supported the technical/development manager.

I worked at IBM as a planning analyst for the distribution of spare parts in EMEA.
