Leadership of a portfolio of Financial Crime projects, including projects focused upon:- Target Operating Model implementation- Data driven Intelligence- Case Management- Issue Management- Assurance- Policy revisions.Utilisation of Big Data technologies, including Hadoop, to facilitate capture of large volumes of data, working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and partner with them and technology to evaluate tools best suited to deliver business change in line with a revised TOM.Adoption of Agile project management methodology, embedding the appropriate environment and infrastructure to enable the project team to adapt to a new way of working, and highlighting the benefits to stakeholders
