1. Guide DQE Lab policy and project test plan;2. Guide test monthed and setup to ensure that reliability lab timely, safe and efficient operation;3. Responsible for human resource planning , staff training and development, keep the relevant records ;4. Review and release the test report, and make recommendations for improvement;5. Cooperate with cross functional team to deal with the issues;6. Lead DFMEA and FTA;7. Perform DOE to find the main factor and lever on the issues;8. Implement equipment calibration and maintenance program ;9. Evaluate equipment purchasing, maintenance the laboratory;10. Investigate customer complaints, develop and implement improvement plans and corrective actions.

1. As the reliability test project Leader; Deal with all reliability events in the whole project;2. Discuss the test content, test schedule, number of test samples, analysis process and Bug tracing with America Amazon customers ;3. Check the conditions and test procedure of each test item, ensure laboratory equipment, fixtures can meet test requirements;4. Designing or purchasing test fixtures, arranging tasks and schedule to team member;5. Guiding the test engineer to conduct a series of mechanical testing, environmental testing; electronic test and surface treatment test;6. Following up and executing test, accurately find out the product defects and the detailed record them, guiding team members provide the test report accurately;7. Discuss the defects with customers and the R&D department, perform preliminary analysis on the issues, distinguishing the problem is caused by component, design or process; it's the structure issue or electronic issue, do prelimary FA on the issues and requests the relevant design engineers put forward the improvement scheme, find the root cause and get the resolution at last;8. Implement DFMEA and FTA, tracking Bug, evaluating the feasibility of solutions, validation to ensure its effective to the improvement program;9. Design life test, calculate and evaluate the life of product, MTBF;10. Purchase equipment and consumptive material, maintenance of laboratory.

1. Learn and master the vibration, shock, environment, life and reliability test equipment operation;2. Assist the project engineer to complete the vibration, shock, drop, life test;3. Release the test report to project engineer, and interpret the test status;4. Maintenance the equipment;5. Study test items and test standards, promote professional skills.
