(For example, one block experienced a bed bugs outbreak so I had to rehome all students in affected and surrounding areas supplying advice and ordering a cleaning service for their belongings, organise exterminators and a deep clean of the area and once sorted, moving students back in dealing with any student concerns). I would also be responsible for dealing with making sure cleaning staff were aware of rooms requiring cleaning when students move out so rooms would be ready for a new student. In summer months, the accommodation was used as a hotel for visiting schools and groups and was managed as a hotel with guests moving in and out daily and rooms needing cleaned and maintained more frequently.
