Responsibilities include oversight and leadership in an EPCM environment, ensuring the successful planning, resourcing, execution, monitoring and closure of activities related to the placement, management and coordination of the common services contracts and purchase orders for each individual project and for the program as a whole; focusing on the management of Encana managed common services and oversight of the EPCM managed common services for the individual projects and program. Management of the Encana managed common services includes the planning, scheduling and monitoring of the common services contractors, and managing common services contracts. Oversight of the EPCM managed common services includes monitoring the effective utilization of common services contractors, review and audit the management of common services contracts and ensure the effective delivery of common services by the EPCM to support the project and program construction plan and schedules. Additional responsibilities include oversight of EPCM and Works Contractor materials management including coordination with the supply chain, engineering, commissioning and startup, and operations groups.
