Performed image data analysis on whole slide images to obtain histologically-relevant metrics customized to specific study-types and clients (requiring client calls, communication, and feedback over the course of projects). This included aiding in the development of automated analysis tools, including machine learning models, to better optimize and perform.

Assisted graduate student Peter Min in using both model organisms and in-vitro models for the purpose of improving cardiovascular health and longevity. The project focused on the investigation of a drug target, vinculin, previously linked to increased cardiovascular health in a genetically modified organism, and worked toward seeing if this can be.
