I am responsible for managing the sales within a region encompassing Greater Manchester, Merseyside, North Wales, the Fylde Coast and Cheshire. I run a sales team of eleven sales professionals and the area currently has thirty seven branches. The main objective of my role is to encourage and develop the sales team and to develop sales and margin throughout the area in line with the company strategy. Included in the role are setting and responsibility for the budget and a level of operational responsibility to include recruitment, disciplinary and credit control. The area currently has an annual sales target of 53 million pounds.
