I am a Human Resource professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing/pharmaceutical industry. While my career started on the manufacturing side, I ultimately transitioned into the HR function. My unique experience has served me well in building collaborative relationships with a variety of client groups. While in manufacturing I had extensive experience managing a large group of personnel working in a highly regulated industry. When I transitioned into the HR function, I business partnered with various client groups including manufacturing, technical services, maintenance and quality assurance. My first experience in HR was as a generalist which included emphasis on employee relations, attendance review, management of a seniority based hourly progression system, staffing, training and investigations. I have also worked as the sole HR manager at a multi-shift media manufacturing site which included all of the HR functions such as benefits administration, staffing, performance management and progressive disciplinary actions. My latest experience in the HR field was managing a group of personnel who completed HR data entry for all domestic divisions which totaled 26,000 employees. This experience included extensive HRIS work including conversion to SAP, SOX compliance and process improvement. The strength that has best served me has been my varied experience which has given me exposure to multiple aspects of the business as well as dealing with all levels of the organization.
