Senior Recruiter
Current• Provide contingent labor for enterprise level companies• Find, screen and submit qualified candidates to technical, telecommunications and IT clients• Utilize candidate referrals, networking and internet to identify outstanding candidates• Work with Account Managers to market candidates to the clients• Prepare and coach candidates for interview• Facilitate customer feedback on submittals and interviews• Closely involved with entire on-boarding process to ensure a timely start for selected candidates • Train new recruiters on company processes and systems as well as vendor portals and best practices• Work with offshore sourcing team to refine candidate searches and increase success• Proven record of success with Vendor Managed Systems (VMS) where resumes are submitted to a Master Service Provider (MSP)• Highly proficient with client portals including FieldGlass, IQNavigator, AT&T eTEMP / eCAM, Workforce Logic, Ariba, etc.• Highly proficient with Bullhorn (an applicant tracking system (ATS)) as well as Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook• Developed complex Excel spreadsheets for tracking recruiter activity metrics (these have been adopted by newer recruiters)• Consistently awarded for exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly goals• Awarded bonuses for overachievement
