• Led and managed six facilities in Kansas, Missouri, Indiana, and South Ohio, supervising the General Manager and Fitness Director while also administering training and development to all 200+ employees in the district..
• Achieved annual budget revenues of $2.1 million including:o $1.34 million per year in Personal Training cash revenues.o $370,000 per year in Membership cash revenues.o $167,000 per year in Monthly New Dues cash.
• Negotiated with vendors to lease unoccupied space in facilities to help generate additional annual revenue of $300,000.
• Two facilities recognized in companies Top 5 out of 300 for best % profit margin for 4th quarter 2009.

• Provide managerial, administrative, supervisory, educational, and technical support for all aspects of the facility and its 30+ employees. Identified and implemented processes and infrastructure required to achieve.
• Cultivated nationwide corporate accounts with companies such as AMC Theaters, US Bank, ServiceMagic.com, and Farmer’s Insurance with Olathe location getting all national revenues.

• Managed $5 million Award Winning Flagship facility with over 70 employees.
• Exceeded goals of 350 memberships and $100,000 in personal training cash each and every month.
• Cut monthly cost by $25,000 per month within first 2 months by negotiating new towel contract and maintenance supplies.
• Created $15,000 in new monthly revenue by developing unused space into Pilates Studio.

Named to first General Manager position of downtown Chicago Bally Sports Club which is a higher level access club compared to a Bally Total Fitness facility.

• Managed all aspects of personal training department including hiring, firing, training, and developing current and new personal trainers.
• Achieved company issued goals for all 31 months while in this position, generating over $2 million in Personal Training revenue.
• Created team oriented specialty class; “Shock Treatment” that warranted company recognition as well was featured on numerous Chicago news stations.

Managed the scheduling of over 300 helpdesk employees based on call volume needs. Managed vacation request, sick time, and FMLA situations. Provided staffing needs to upper level management based on performance and attendence of current staff.

Took escalated computer related issues from internal Sprint employees. Within 1 month of being in position, I was named to Team Leader, responsible for current tasks but additionally responsible for training and developing first level techs.
