Ensuring all deliverable were aligned to regulatory and audit constraints. Delivered digital platform for contract management process. Implementation and integration of core CRM and online technology to manage front to back contract management process. Full work flow implementation and automation of the initiation, approval, audit, tracking and execution steps required for all client documentation. Revision of business process, training , support material and business roll out across multiple jurisdictions, 15+ office locations and impacting 160+ staff.Delivered complete Finance integration post acquisition of IP Management firm into the CPA Group. Included people, process, data and system integration into global operating framework.
