Our goal is to both give back and pay forward to the industry, and we are committed to making a positive impact on the industry and society.Since our inception, we have always gone above and beyond pure revenue generation to find ways to give back to the industry. Some of our achievements include making 5000 personal introductions between mentors and mentees, building a free 12-week course for new speakers, and organising over 1000 tech events for tech communities in London. It all started in 2007, shortly after creating RecWorks, when I started looking for creative ways to find the industry's top talent, and I built a community of Java software engineers (now 8000+). I soon became consumed by the collaborative nature of the software engineering industry and open-source ecosystem and got the bug for building communities and serving them. I found that building communities and initiatives that really help people has been the best way to build deep trusted relationships with some of the top talent in the industry.Looking forward I am excited to continue helping the next generation of scaleups in the industry build their tech teams with some of the top tech talent we can find.
