At ESAB, I am responsible for implementing and continually improving the Global EHS Management System supporting over 30 manufacturing sites and 10,000 employees in R&D, Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales and Field Support. Our Global EHS MS is integrated with the Quality Management System and third party ISO certified. I am also supporting our Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) activities as well as the environmental elements of New Product Introduction and Production Process transfers across facilities.
