I currently work mainly within the Back to Education Initiative Programme for 20 hours per week. I have taught many varied courses within LMETB.Courses Covered:  ICDL Microsoft Office Specialist QQI Levels 3, 4 & 5 E-Cert Online Multimedia, Social Networking Basic PC Maintenance CV Preparation and Job SeekingI have created my own manuals, exercises and lesson plans for all these courses. During my work with LMETB I have worked with various groups. Although most of my work is with Adult Learners returning to education in order to upskill and seek employment, I have worked with unemployed groups, active retirement groups, groups from disadvantaged areas, groups with literacy issues, groups with physical disabilities and non-national groups. I also work for Skills to Advance, where I develop and deliver IT training to businesses.
