Grayson Dare Homes was born from the idea of a different home building experience. After spending nearly 20 years with national and regional builders, our President David Vines sought a different path. Our goal is to take the best purchasing and management philosophies from the manufacturer like business models of the national builders and meld that with the ability to completely customize a customer’s home.In addition our goal has been to craft our custom homes in established neighborhoods as much as possible. The end result being homes that look they’ve always been a part of the neighborhood, while embracing the philosophies of sustainable growth.
