I have four major areas of proven expertise from my 30 years of career experience.Through my founding of Wash Rocket and Aloha Car Wash, I have experience as a commercial real estate developer, working with banks, governments, and contractor builders. I have expertise in concept development, consumer market analysis, pursuing multi-million dollar financing, project management, consumer sales and marketing, and ultimately P&L responsibility. With divestiture of business, experienced in full life cycle leading seller project team in acquisition by private equity firm.Another area of expertise is in Sales and Demand Generation, delivering results and receiving top recognition at IBM. I was an IBM Client Rep selling to and managing accounts.
