Founder & Head of Brand at PROTEC Recovery, my interest in the world of recovery technology started after a knee fracture in 2018. Seeing first-hand the benefits of technology when rehabbing and recovering from a career-threatening injury opened interests in a space I previously had no access to as an athlete.Addressing the gaps in accessible, effective recovery methods, PROTEC Recovery is the culmination of years of research, collaboration with leading sports organisations and professionals, and a deep-rooted vision to help athletes globally to unlock their full physical and mental potential. Working across elite sport including Premier League clubs & beyond, we're doing more than just creating recovery devices; we're building a community. A global community of athletes and high-performers, founded on the belief that recovery is an integral part of the journey, not just an afterthought. Our innovative subscription model and platform are designed to democratize access to the best recovery devices and knowledge, putting professional standard technology into homes of athletes across the world.Our vision for PROTEC Recovery goes beyond the physical products. It's about steering a movement towards a more informed, proactive approach to wellness and recovery.
