Gannon Office Solutions is a family owned and operated company. The company was established in 1981 by Barry Gannon and Patricia Gannon. Throughout the past 35 years, Gannon Office Solutions have gone from strength to strength and have become experts in:• Sales and installation of workplace interiors;• Sales and service of office machines including Managed Print Solutions (MPS);• Office supplies; and• Print services.I believe I’m in charge of my own destiny. Old-fashioned, and ingrained from my first job, I follow the edict that the customer is always right. My management style requires employees to assist any customer request, regardless of job description. The customer always comes first. Founded in 1981, we maintained clients and attracted new customers with our reputation for quality customer service. During the 1982 recession, the industry shifted, focusing on discounted pricing, but we didn’t. Our customer service standard needed to be upheld. We would deliver at all hours, driving long distances into the night to meet clients emergency needs. And we’ve never lost that focus to this day. As Canon & Brother partners we sell quality products, creating imaging hubs with multi-function machines. As well as the large scale equipment we provide, we also provide print services for small jobs, such as custom stationery.
