Barry Goldstein is a trial attorney and partner at Waranch & Brown, LLC. His practice focuses on representing physicians, hospitals and research institutions. In addition, Mr. Goldstein has extensive experience in lead paint litigation, representing insurance companies, property owners and the preeminent lead paint researcher in the country. At the onset of his career, Mr. Goldstein found success in the hospitality industry, as a restaurateur and later, as the manager for catering services at two high profile hotels in Washington D.C. Because of his expertise in hospitality, Mr. Goldstein has established a niche throughout his law career in representing foodservice manufacturers and operators in products liability litigation. He has also lectured on risk management issues before hospitality industry associations. Mr. Goldstein is a member of the Baltimore County Adult Guardianship Review Board. He is a pro bono attorney for the organization, which sees approximately 300 cases per year, and directly handles guardianships on behalf of health care institutions and residents. He enjoys his work and finds it most rewarding when he is able to help others and take on new challenges.
