In this role I led large transformational programmes across business and IT change, covering new product launches, regulatory changes, information security, and business acquisitions and divestitures. Additionally I oversaw the portfolio of current and pipeline work across the heritage and finance businesses. It is also worth mentioning that I was responsible for the line management and career development of project managers.Some of my key accomplishments from this role include:● Launched a new Individual Savings Account product within six months.● Efficiently novated c.1400 contracts within three months as part of sale of general insurance business to Allianz.● Incorporated Teachers Assurance business and managed aspects of closure, including migration of 180,000 policies across 170 different product types, staff redundancies, and sale / exit of head office, negotiating an additional £2m over the market value.● Identified project priorities and managed resource conflicts to increase value from allocated strategic investment budgets whilst serving as portfolio lead for LV's heritage and finance departments and coordinating with stakeholders.
