Barry Gurvitch serves as CEO at Artimus Construction, where he has been working since 2000. Artimus is a New York City based real estate developer and area leader in building all types of housing from market to low-income. Artimus concentrates on emerging neighborhoods like Harlem and Jamaica, Queens and builds both ground up and rehab housing. Barry Gurvitch is an active member of the New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH), where he works with professionals in the business of developing and building affordable and low income housing complexes. Barry Gurvitch received a degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute and is a licensed Architect.
