I joined Hutchison to bring the design discipline internally to the company for the first time, and build out a team. Hutchison work in the audio/visual, smart home and smart energy space, specialising in B2B hardware solutions, aiming to expand in to connected software.

- Creating a visual design language to gain consistency in the design team across multiple locations.- Value proposition research and design across various customer segments.- Developing team best practices (knowledge sharing and critique) as we grow our team.
