I am a commercial real estate agent with Centennial Retail Services and a licensed CPA. In my career I've worked with businesses large and small, recruiting new business, negotiating transactions, managing projects and leading teams of professionals. I specialize in investment sales and landlord & tenant representation in the leasing of retail, office and medical office buildings. I joined Centennial Retail Services in 2006 when the company was known as Grubb Ellis / Centennial. Prior to Grubb Ellis Centennial I was a Regional Vice President with Windrose Medical Properties Trust and Vice President at Medical Properties of American where I oversaw a portfolio of medical office buildings throughout the southeast and mid-west. I have been in the commercial real estate industry for thirty plus years. During my career I have worked with a variety of clients ranging from local investors and developers to publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REIT's) and institutional investors. My experience includes negotiating lease transactions, representing both landlords and tenants, property and asset management, investment sales, development, land planning, and the acquisition / disposition of retail, office and medical office buildings.I grew up in Nashville. Attended Christian Brothers University in Memphis graduating with a degree in Business Administration. I'm a licensed CPA and have earned the CCIM and CPM real estate designations. I have served in volunteer leadership positions at the Chamber of Commerce, at my church and its Boy Scout Troop.
