Those that have come to trust me have changed the way they deal with paper processes and have achieved higher employee productivity and lower operating costs.Over my 20+ years as a business owner of an office technology business, I have experienced many of the same issues that all small and medium-sized businesses face on a day-to-day basis. My passion is to help other business people improve their business operations.My company survived the 2008 recession with revenues plunging by 75% overnight. I knew I had to change and adapt to keep my business and be able to support my employees and their families. I changed my strategy from leasing technology to renting technology with no credit approval needed. That allowed my clients to have technology tools to keep their business functioning and, in the process, I found a new strategy that helped keep my employees and then grew my business 10x fold.Beyond process improvement and technology to make your business more successful, implementing the correct security is fundamentally crucial to growing your business.I found my true passion! The lessons learned have guided me to help other business people adapt and thrive in challenging environments.
