The Driver Provider is a Top-100 company (as reported by LCT Magazine) passenger transportation entity with offices in Arizona, Utah, and Wyoming. Responsible for all facets of daily activities, including operations, compliance, asset management, and strategic planning.Implemented expansion of Utah operations from annual revenues of $27K to over $3MLed USDOT/FMCSA compliance efforts which yielded a zero-deduction compliance review audit.Expanded OTR tour division to operate motorcoach tours for international clients all across the United States. Completed certification for DTMO Military Bus program and integrated systems to bid and perform military work for DoD using GOPAX platform. The military silo has become the fastest growing segment of our business, yielding nearly $200K within first year.Shepherded company successfully through COVID19 pandemic by managing staffing and expenditures, while assuming expanded roles both up and down our task-tree. Established COVID19 protocols and ensured compliance with local, state, federal, and client specifications for safe operation. Subsequent positioning led our company to be among the first in the livery industry to be able to respond to the post-COVID19 surge at full capacity utilizing entirely in-house assets and talent.

Developed and maintained B2B revenue sources at Top 100 chauffeured transportation company, the largest private passenger transportation provider in metropolitan Washington, DC, while increasing internal efficiencies between sales and operations. Additional responsibilities include operational quality control and streamlining corporate processes of four independent divisions: Operations, Sales, Safety, and Events. Was integral part of management team that grew revenues from $18M to $28M between 2013 and 2017. Reston Limousine operates more than 240 company-owned fleet vehicles. Equally adept at contract or charter, we are GSA, DoD, eVA, and SWaM certified.

Goff Limousine and Bus serves the entire state of Virginia, and parts of Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, and the District of ColumbiaService options ranged from sedans to motorcoaches, and everything in-between. A Goff operates more than 100 vehicles with multiple terminals throughout Appalachia and the Midwest.Opened local offices for Washington, DC/Northern Virginia and Richmond. Oversaw 15% gross revenue increase in first year. Responsible for human resources, including hiring and training of all personnel. Implemented comprehensive chauffeur and motorcoach training modules, including written material and field training courses. Created monthly in-house newsletter fostering increased communication, employee awareness, and morale.

Minority partner in Middle Tennessee's largest chauffeured transportation provider. Responsible for creating and implementing service plans, best practices, and growth potential utilizing both organic expansion and targeted acquisitions.Created SOP manual and operating protocols from ground-up. Established 24-hour continuous live dispatch coverage and chauffeur rotation schedule. Established motorcoach division, including USDOT/FMCSA compliance and purchase of initial equipment.

Created transportation solutions for corporate and group clients, while co-managing daily operations Top 100 chauffeured transportation provider featuring the nation's 7th largest sedan fleet (LCT Magazine). Recruited and managed high profile transportation clients via referral, trade show/trade associations, and RFP bids.Developed and implemented nationwide affiliate network from ground up, yielding $200,000 annual profit by 18th month. Established and staffed Veolia Event Transportation subdivision.

Managed operations for Limousine, Shared Ride, Motorcoach, and Rental divisions of Nation's 23rd largest chauffeured transportation provider (LCT Magazine, July 2008). Responsible for 108 employees, 135 vehicles, and 3 facilities.Was integral in integration and assimilation of Limousine and Motorcoach divisions. Increasing revenues from $2.2M to $14.6M.Designed and implemented transportation plans for events and and DMC/corporate clients ranging from 10 to 10,000 attendees, including such high profile events as Sundance Film Festival and annual JP Morgan CEO conference.
