During my career I have worked under family, private equity, public and partner ownership models - all companies were market leaders. My career has been spent working with engineers and scientists from innovation and manufacturing teams to develop, scale up and produce highly engineered products across multiple industries. Effective P&L management has led to building scalable and highly profitable businesses. I build organizations that are curious, strategic, agile, customer centric and execute. This has resulted in turning around underperforming businesses and manufacturing sites in the Americas and Europe. My teams have created high levels of customer and employee satisfaction, improved cost efficiency and profitability, reduced business and operational complexity, and successfully integrated acquisitions. It is my belief that employees of the company are the most important stakeholders. If employees are well led, they will be motivated to ensure the other stakeholders receive premium value.
