CurrentWith a global footprint, I serve as the Director of Global Real Estate for Belkin International. I am responsible for optimizing Belkin’s evolving real estate needs while adapting our business to global real estate strategies and trends. I coordinate with cross-functional teams worldwide (23 countries), acting as the first line of defense for understanding stake holder’s needs, gathering market research, compiling and evaluating alternatives, making presentations and recommendations to the C-suite, and then ultimately assembling the teams to oversee and get the deal done. In addition to global real estate transactions, I oversee workplace strategies, compliance, facilities operations and maintenance manage facilities operations and maintenance for company properties in the United States. This includes supervising a facilities operation team of ~13 personnel and managing vendor/contractor relations with 35+ companies.DELIVERED RESULTS>> Directly reduced operating expenses by $97.3M through real estate project during my tenure at Belkin.>> Led Global Headquarters construction, relocation and execution of pivot from traditional workplace to hybrid resulting in $81M cost saving, 54% reduction in footprint and 77% employee engagement (up from 49% 3 years prior). Finished project on time and under $17M budget, achieved LEED and Fitwel designations.>> Subleased over 514,000 square feet of real estate assets, reduced net cash flow cost by more than $11.8M, and improved operational efficiency globally.>> Directed lease negotiations, relocations, space needs assessments, workplace design, and construction for 23 locations in 11 countries including multiple locations for parent company (FIT) which directly impacted over 900 employees.
