He also provides guidance as an aviation subject matter expert.
At Peregrine, Barry was responsible for the development of the company’s Employee Self Service suite of applications known as Get-It. He was also responsible for Peregrine’s Business Intelligence platform. Both were built on cutting edge Java technology deployed through a web portal. Barry grew his organization to over 110 employees including the functions of software development, quality assurance and program management with dotted line responsibility for documentation.
This position included responsibility for the Engineering, Quality Assurance, Program Management and User Education departments. Successfully built this team from 5 to 35 employees and released the first four major versions of the eChange Solutions system. This system incorporated Document Management, Workflow, CAD Management and Configuration Management into a full engineering change management solution that was endorsed by Autodesk.
