As Product Manager I am responsible for the long-term strategy and development of ‘Omnius’. Omnius is an omni-channel sales platform, designed to allow our customers – global Telecom Operators and Cable Providers – to quickly meet the demanding needs of their end-customers. With Omnius as an overlay solution on top of existing legacy systems, immediate advantages can be achieved without the need for more costly and long-running BSS / OSS overhaul projects. Omnius has been implemented by several European operators within a Global group and has been acquired by the Indian Technology company TechMahindra in 2019. - Responsible for the definition of the Platform’s Roadmap based on market and customer needs,- Scheduled and planned product Releases,- Controlled and Prioritized the central Product Backlog,- Functioned as Product Owner for multiple globally distributed SCRUM-teams,- Supported Delivery teams that implemented the platform,- Performed global (pre) sales activities, held executive level Demo’s, Presentations, etc.

As solution owner of ‘U-Buy’ and the Solution Consultants Team Lead, I was the solution owner of the Omnius platform implementation within VodafoneZiggo, a Dutch joint-venture of Vodafone Group and Liberty Global, and led a team of 8-10 Solution Consultants. The team worked together with VodafoneZiggo IT ánd business departments on the continuous improvement of the platform, and the integration within the new joint-venture’s organisation and operational processes. We successfully implemented a major new version of the platform, focussing on convergence of the client’s combined Customer base, Commercial Product Catalog and Order capture and Order orchestration processes, allowing them to achieve the converged benefits as a joint venture.- Successfully launched a major upgrade of the client’s business critical sales platform in assisted and un-assisted channels (direct, indirect, online and app)- Managed a team of 8 -10 multidisciplinary Solution Consultants;- Standardized and professionalized the team’s Agile Way of Working;- Ensuring alignment between departments of UI/UX, architects, solution designers;- Documented complete functional and technical designs;- Organized and facilitated design workshops with client’s IT and Business departments;- Improved client satisfaction and cooperation.

As Test Manger I led a team of 8-10 test engineers which performed ST, SIT and regression tests of all sales and after-sales systems (warehousing, insurance, logistics, webportals) of the Dynagroup. Furthermore, I initiated the adaptation of test automation practices and drafted a continuous improvement plan to measure and increase the team’s performance.

As Test Coordinator I led a team of 4-6 Test Engineers and was responsible for a timely and qualitive ST, SIT and regression test phase. I reported directly to the project board and implemented several initiatives to improve the team’s quality and efficiency.

As test engineer I performed the ST and SIT tests for a project for a major Dutch Telecom provider, implementing an omni-channel (direct, indirect, online, app) sales platform.

Internship, focussing on the research of my Master's thesis.

The Brabant Academy tries to bring government, students and companies in contact with one another in a bottom-up fashion to get students acquainted with design projects in the public domain. As vice-chairman and secretary I was responsible for the overall communication and administration as well as the organization for the annual Brabant Academy day.

As commissioner of public relations of the 23rd board of study association CHEOPS, we were responsible for the quality control of the education and the organization of multiple extracurricular activities. In my function as PR commissioner I maintained contact with our sponsors and other external contacts and the acquisition of funds and subsidies for the activities. Apart from this, I led several committees in organizing lectures, a symposium and a design competition.
