Job Description：1. Update and maintain UNEP Chinese websites and several thematic websites; translate press; releases and other promotional materials into Chinese;2. Build and create social media strategy plan for major conferences and special events;3. Manage social media team and cooperation with other languages’ social media;4. Create and share ideas of outreaching campaigns and special events which related to China;5. Support Division of Regional Cooperation to manage issues related with Chinese government;6. Manage Intern's work.Achievements:1. Create and implement social media strategy for UNEA, WED, GSSDE and other major conferences; 2. Coordinate and support UNEP Goodwill Ambassador, Li Bingbing and other celebrities, to promote activities as reduce food waste;3. Awarded the first TOP 10 Environment Protection Wechat admin platform in 2014;4. Followers across all Chinese social media platform raised more than 1 million;5. Coordinate and support Division of Regional Cooperation and special advisor of UNEP Executive Director to manage senior UN officials and senior Chinese government officials visiting UNEP during the major conferences;6. Manage Chinese celebrities to visit UNEP for public communications, including Bingbing Li;7. Organize and communicate journalists of Xinhua News Agency, CCTV, CRI and local media to attend press conference and the major conference;8. Translated over 200 UNEP press releases and other materials; 9. Translated a publication "Youth in action on climate change: inspirations from around the world";10. Updated and maintained UNEP Chinese homepage and several thematic websites;11. Increased UNEP Chinese websites visit from 15,000 to 35,000 per month.

· acquisition of books and electronic resources in terms of deeply understanding departments and faculties, development of subjects, researches direction, and students' needs; · organization of knowledge, standard cataloging, establishing and maintaining bibliographic database;· undertaking the course of search of literature of social science for English school, Chinese school and business school;· management of newspapers, journals and references resources.
