Barry Simons has been a sole practitioner since 1992 in Miami-Dade County, Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990. Barry attained his juris doctor degree from the University of Miami and his under-graduate degree in Advertising with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida.Barry's initial experience was in litigation where he has gained substantial experience in preparing cases for trial on behalf of his clients. This previous experience allows him to be keenly aware of the pitfalls that his clients face when buying or selling real estate. This experience has also helped in dealing with clients that find themselves in business disputes.In addition our office assists clients in the drafting of partnership agreements, corporate formation and purchase/sale agreements along with contract preparation and negotiations, acting as a closing agent on behalf of lenders and buyers and representing seller's of real property.As a member-agent of Attorney's Title Insurance Fund, Inc., We are able to provide title insurance policies insuring both client's and lender's interest in real estate.
