In terms of my recent professional experience, I have been helping Spanish and foreign homebuyers find the property of their dreams (whether it be a Spanish first time buyer or a second home buyer from a colder climate). I set up my (Spanish registered) company, Ultimate Homes, with a business partner and together we felt there was a significant gap in the market to provide a service to buyers and sellers dealing in what can be a murky environment where people want honest and reliable advice from someone they can trust.
