As a BA/Product Owner in JnJs EU MDR PMO, I represent internal stakeholders to the development team in terms of technology and exploration. I host Plan & Execute checkpoints 2/3 times weekly using the Sprint Agile methodology and assign tasks through a Kanban board framework. We look for opportunities to leverage existing technologies and constantly explore ways to enhance and evolve in parallel with the business. As a central program governance team, we are responsible for reporting MDR program health on a multi-year transitional journey.

I support the program by using data to influence decision making across the various franchises, platforms and other strategic workstreams via close partnership with the program central core team and the Plan and Execution Framework.. We focus on making the best use of our data by automation and data visualization. Power BI, Power Apps and Project Web Apps are 3 of the tools we use effectively. During my time on this complex regulatory program, I have been centrally involved in all things data including data integration, governance, business intelligence, data quality, storage & security.
