Key contact point for clients implementing the Fenergo application, a KYC/AML regulatory tool. My primary function was to act as the liaison between the customer, and the internal development and QA teams. Key activities include the definition and documentation of requirements, influencing the customer towards value add features, leading scrum activities and client demonstrations and maintaining the project backlog. In addition I led a number of internal initiatives as the Product Consultant Security SME inputting into overall Product Design.

As the Consultant Team Lead, I was required to provide oversight for all SharePoint Consultants working within Storm. The team was comprised of 7-10 BA/Consultants with revenues of approx €1m per annum. This included the mentoring of direct reports, acting as an escalation point and conducting salary/line manager reviews.

I worked with a large range of companies across a number of industries helping to add value to their SharePoint and Project Server implementations..Acting primarily between both the business and the technical team, I was involved in gathering user requirements, the implementation of multiple systems, support, the delivery of training and management of stakeholders and project resources. I was a key part of the project team which won the 2016 Irish Software Digital Technology Services Project of the Year and Tech Excellence 2016 IT Project of the Year.
