Facilities Director: * Successfully plan, direct, coordinate, and budget for multiple buildings. * Cultivate a 'Lean Mentality' throughout the company to ensure sustainable profitability as well as maintaining an eco-friendly environment. * Structure all supplier/customer contracts to continually provide best 'cost-in-use solutions'. * Selected internally to ensure compliance (Massachusetts state codes) in order to continue manufacturing/operations (successfully corrected and replied within stated period).* Directly responsible for maintenance in multiple locations including: offices, capital machinery, office equipment, computers (hardware), lawn care, roofing, parking/re-paving, electrical, HVAC, telecommunications, plumbing, snow removal, and hiring/overseeing of commercial cleaning company. * Developed practical recommendations to control operational/facilities deficiencies.* Created and integrated several cost reduction/environmental programs within the company including: - Paper & Corrugated Recycling (annual savings of $10,000.00+ income stream still in force), CFL and stick bulbs, Batteries, Wind Power Electricity. - Implemented utilization of water based soy inks and waste metal recycling which resulting in significant cost savings. Purchasing Manager: * Oversee/handle all purchasing for company (with the exception of products needed for manufacturing/end product) including: telecommunications, computer hardware, office machinery (printers, fax, copiers, postal meters/printers), paper goods, and cleaning/office supplies. * Always research/select items at the optimum price without sacrificing quality. * Negotiated capital equipment acquisition. * Oversaw and streamlined facilities/purchasing operations, successfully negotiating vendor/supplier contracts.

Extensive home video sales, marketing, and distribution experience including independent production houses, as well as distribution of pre-recorded movies, exercise, sports, documentaries and movies of the week videos.
