Throughout his professional life, Barry has established skills in client liaison, design, documentation and contract administration in a wide range of project types. Barry provides great competency in the areas of client service, project coordination and administration of project contracts, project documentation and the control and management of documentation teams.For the majority of projects, Barry has satisfied client needs in the traditional Client, (Client/ Project Manager), Architect, Building Contractor project delivery method. The new millennium has seen the introduction of project delivery methods beyond the traditional – Barry has diversified with this shift having delivered projects in the last decade through the PPP, Novated Architect, and In house Design Manager processes. Throughout his career, Barry has delivered projects in the: Aged Care, Commercial, Community, Education, Health, Industrial, Retail, Residential –private, Residential- assisted, Sports & Leisure and Workspace sectors.
