Barry A Onody is a Leading Sales industry executive with 25 years of experience resulting in 200+ million in sales by the teams in his business units. Barry has learned the business from the ground floor. Having started his career as an in-house sales executive he methodically advanced his career mastering every position the vacation ownership industry offered. Having advanced to the level of Project Director for Fairmont Resort Properties in Canada, Barry was responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing. Within that division Barry achieved sales records for the company that have held to this date. Barry then joined Marriott Vacation Club Int., Director of Sales for the Western Region Call Center operations centered in Southern California, responsible for all sales tours to Marriott’s Western Region Resorts. In a 3 year period Barry grew the call center from 110 agents to 235+ agents and a sales management staff of 17 and achieved record sales volume for that period. Barry then joined Tara Onody with Bartar Developments Inc. to assist her in creating a Private Residence Club. Barry’s unique career path has given him both private and public international company experience.
