I was a Building Engineering Director working on several major projects across the world; I was also co-author for the Exisiting Buildings Survival Strategies guide launched by Arup in March 09

I started the Leeds building services engineering office from scratch in 1989 finishing my carrer with Atkins by running the North part of Design Buinsess which comprised 300+ building design professionals including architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers and surveyors. This was a profitable £27m turnover business working for a wide range of public and private sector clients.
