I work closely with the President / CEO on the expansion of our existing products and services into adjacent markets that have traditionally been dominated within the financial / banking industry. These products and services are driven by the need to combat the fastest growing crime in North America – Identity Theft.

Reporting to the VP Product Line Management, I was responsible for a team of Product Managers and accountable for the commercial success (revenue and profit, product roadmap) of a global product line within the Supply Chain Logistics market segment. Executed decisions on all cross-functional activities related to the Product Line including business process, organizational activity, product life cycle management, revenue, margin, product/program cost and content development planning and support for Sales Channel/Distribution.

Managed all aspects of Product Management for handheld products within the company’s Supply Chain Logistics portfolio. This included market assessment, development of new products, business plans and product life cycle management. Direct interface with Global Sales Teams and Partners on product launch and product enhancements – including public speaking and presentations.

Overall program responsibility for the development team's delivery of new products within the context of the program definition - including establishing and managing program budgets, business case development, cost management while ensuring program timelines and technical requirements are being met.

Litton Systems (Canada) LtdA wholly owned subsidiary of Litton Industries ($2B) now operating as a division of L-3 Communications, Litton was a global military and commercial contractor with multiple divisions including Defense, Marine, Space, Oil Exploration, Commercial Aerospace and Information Technology. Managed Multi $M large scale Engineering Development Programs including Cruise Missile Guidance Systems, Apache Helicopter cockpit displays and the Bradley Fighting Vehicle Modernization Program for Flat Panel Displays.  Directly involved in the preparation of “winning bid proposals”. Held a three-year assignment (1991-1993), based in Los Angeles, CA to run all aspects of inter-divisional technical transfer on large defense-based projects.
