Helping to grow the partnership and network of GEM in the UK in order to find the most effective placements for missionaries seeking to make disciples of Jesus.

I am responsible for the initiation and development of youth ministry across the Wyre Forest region. I set strategy and look to partner with, and inspire, local churches into growing youth engagement through their own ministry and service in local secondary schools.

I started with BYFC as. Volunteer student and initiated their sports ministry programme, which I went on to lead for 14 years. Helping local churches and youth workers to use sport as a relevant method of taking good news to young people in Britain.After a range of roles across the organisation I took on responsibility for the Income Development and subsequently the Communications department. In this role I oversaw fundraising regarding £1m+ per annum, the strategic rebranding of the charity (with the Ops Director) and the relationship with the 40,000+ mailing list and partners base.

Bringing a spiritual & pastoral approach to the club staff and squad players

I head up the Board of Trustees for the charity Salford Youth for Christ, who aim to take good news relevantly to every young person in Salford.

Helping the network to serve churches in connecting with young people through sport

Lead the Sports Team in providing sports activities for the camp of over 10,000 young people during the Summer conferences.
